A guide to your crown chakra

This is the seventh in the series of blog posts focusing on the main chakras and in this blog we look at the seventh chakra – the crown chakra.

The crown chakra is the seventh chakra and it is at the top of the "chakra ladder". This chakra is like a bridge to the universe and gives us access to higher states of consciousness and awareness.
